About Us
Why choose us?
We recognise that organisations have options when it comes to mental health training, so we set ourselves apart through the following:
- Lived Experience – all our training is co-produced. This means that individuals who have lived experience of the subject have written and developed the training.
- Recovery Focused – we want people to know that you can live well with a mental illness; this means we advocate hope and recovery in all our training.
- Tailored Training – we can tailor our training to fit your staff and clients. This might mean working within a specific sector or with a particular client group.
- Immersive Training – we can provide actors for your training, creating a safe environment for staff to try out approaches and techniques which allows for feedback from peers.

Learning & Development for Ingeus Justice Services
Whilst I already felt quite knowledgeable about Neurodiversity, the session I attended with Emma and Katie taught me, I still have a lot to learn!
I learned so much around more of the less obvious or lesser-known struggles and challenges that can affect anyone. I would 100% recommend this session to anyone who would like to enhance their own understanding of Neurodiversity, building knowledge and awareness to change perception and challenge societal views.
